Sisters With Spices is pleased to share with you the colorful flavors that make-up South African Indian cuisine.  Drawing from our varied cultural heritage which consists of Cape Malay, Pakistani, Indian, and indigenous Khoi-San, our flavors are reflective of the richness of the Rainbow Nation known as South Africa.

We are a family of cooks and have been trained in the kitchen under our matriarchs.  All that we offer is taken from the soulful kitchens of our Grandmothers, Mothers and Aunts.  Our desire is to offer healing and connection through the beauty of Foods and Spices indigenous to two lands.
